For people who run more than one brand

Every brand keeps publishing. You keep the final say.

StoryAutopilot finds what is worth writing about, drafts it in each brand’s own voice, checks it for AI tells and off-brief claims, and publishes only what a person approved, to the CMS and social accounts you already own.

Free during the private beta. Your first 20 drafts run on our model key, no card needed.

The StoryAutopilot calendar for Place Optimizer: four planned Google Business Profile articles, each scheduled for 09:30 IST with a Draft now button.

One of three brands in a real workspace. Times are in IST.

How a post travels

From a signal to a published post, with a person at the step that matters.

  1. Signal
  2. Plan
  3. Draft
  4. Check
  5. Approve
  6. Publish

01 · Planner

Plan from what is actually happening.

Planner reads RSS, Atom and Google Trends feeds for each brand and scores what it finds. Suggestions land on the calendar, where you accept, reschedule or reject them before a single word is drafted.

Velocity
how fast the signal is rising
Relevance
how close it sits to the brand’s keywords
Seasonality
whether its moment comes round every year
Competition
how crowded the results already are
Intent
what the person searching wants to do

02 · Wordsmith

Drafts that sound like the brand, not like a model.

Every brand has a voice profile: who is speaking, the facts it may state, the links it may use. Wordsmith drafts against it, lints the result, removes links you did not allow, and rewrites until the findings clear.

Voice profile for Place Optimizer: author name, allowed link hosts, product facts and voice rules such as no hype words and no promises about rankings.

03 · Publisher

Approved, then pushed. Once.

Each destination has its own approval mode, and social accounts always wait for a person. At the scheduled minute Publisher checks the approval again, delivers once, and records what happened.

Connections page with cards for social accounts, WordPress and Contentful, each with an approval setting.
Seven findings on a draft, including description-length, no-money-page-link, no-citation and heading-count, each with a plain-language fix.

Before you read a word

Every draft arrives with its own review notes.

Two checkers run on every draft. Their findings sit beside the editor in plain language, and the drafter reads them too on its next pass.

Sounds human

  • Banned phrases: 59 by default, or your own list
  • Sentence and paragraph rhythm that is too even
  • Triads, bold-lead bullets, headings that all start alike
  • Nobody speaking: no first person

Stays on brief

  • Links to one of your money pages
  • Cites the sources you trust
  • Answers the search query in the opening
  • Never names a roadmap item that has not shipped

Destinations

Publishes where your content already lives.

StoryAutopilot pushes to your CMS and accounts and tracks the status. If you ever leave, everything you published stays exactly where it is.

  • WordPressBlock HTML over the REST API, signed in with an application password.
  • ContentfulRich Text entries and assets, with a publish webhook registered for you.
  • SanityPortable Text in one transaction. Drafts stay drafts until you publish.
  • StrapiStrapi v5, Blocks or Markdown body, created as a draft.
  • Signed webhookHMAC-signed JSON to your own endpoint, for anything custom.
  • Managed Strapi Private betaNo CMS yet? We host a Strapi for teams without one, with each client isolated by its own token.
  • X ComingShort posts written per brand. A person approves every one. Waiting on platform app review.
  • Instagram ComingCaptions for professional accounts. A person approves every one. Waiting on platform app review.
  • LinkedIn ComingDrafted as copy you paste today. Direct publishing comes later.

Who it is for

Small teams with more brands than people.

  1. Founders with several products

One person, three products, and a blog that last moved in March.

Each product gets its own voice, calendar and destinations inside one workspace, so a slow week on one brand does not mean silence on all of them.

  2. Agencies

Ten clients, ten voices, one review queue.

Clients approve from a private link without making an account. Editors draft, reviewers decide, and the author of a draft can never approve it.

  3. India-first brands and D2C

Planned for IST, priced in rupees.

Every brand schedules in its own timezone with en-IN voice settings, and the planned tiers are set in rupees, not converted from dollars.

The details that make it trustworthy.

Your model key, your cost
Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini or OpenRouter. Keys are sealed per workspace and we never mark up a token.
Roles with real limits
Owner, admin, editor, reviewer and viewer. The server checks every action, not just the buttons.
Review links
An outside reviewer approves from a link. It decides once, and a newer version voids it.
Your own domain
Verify ownership of your domain today; custom review-room URLs come next.
An MCP endpoint
Plan, lint, request approval and schedule from your own agent, under the same role checks.
Published once
At the scheduled minute the approval is checked again, the post goes out once, and the result is recorded.

Planned tiers

Priced per brand. Never per word.

Free while we are in private beta: billing is not switched on yet, and these are the tiers we plan to launch with. Every tier brings its own model key, so tokens never appear on this page.

Questions people ask first.

Do I need my own AI model key?

Not to start. Your first 20 drafts run on ours. After that, add a key for Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini or OpenRouter and pay the provider directly, at their price.

Can anything publish without me?

Only where you allow it. Each destination has an approval mode: none, optional, required or multi-level. Social posts always need a person, whatever the setting. An approval counts only for the version it was given on, and never from the draft’s own author.

Where does my content live?

In your CMS and your accounts. StoryAutopilot keeps plans, drafts, approvals and connection details. It pushes what you approved and records the result; it is never the home of your published content.

What will StoryAutopilot never do?

Publish a social post nobody approved. Mark up model tokens. Keep your published work in a place only it can reach. Post to LinkedIn on its own; LinkedIn copy is yours to paste.

I do not have a CMS. Can I still use it?

Yes. Point it at a signed webhook today, or ask about the managed Strapi we host for design partners in private beta.

How much does it cost?

Nothing during the private beta. The tiers above are what we plan to charge once billing is switched on, and we will tell you before anything changes.

Give every brand a steady voice. Keep the last word.
